Appointment Slots

Please Note: All therapy sessions are 60 minutes in duration.

Use the booking system to arrange your free initial consultation. Although the appointment will appear as a 60-minute session, the consultation itself is a 15-minute call to discuss your needs, answer any questions you may have, and determine whether therapy is the right fit for you.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged at the full session fee.
