As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, qualified Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner, and EMDR-trained therapist, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, low mood, self-esteem and confidence difficulties, and relationship challenges.
I recognise that every person’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to understand their individual needs and tailor therapy accordingly. Drawing upon CBT, CAT, EMDR, and DBT-informed skills, I adapt my approach to provide the most appropriate support for your circumstances and therapeutic goals.
My work focuses on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, understand unhelpful relational and behavioural patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
