Welcome to Insight Therapy Space — a calm, supportive, and confidential environment where adults aged 16+ can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.
As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist trained in CBT, EMDR, CAT, and DBT, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, low mood, self-esteem and confidence issues, and relationship difficulties.
I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including BAME communities and those with long-term health conditions, offering a compassionate, collaborative, and tailored approach focused on self-understanding, resilience, healthier coping strategies, and lasting emotional wellbeing.

Types of Therapy
A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. CBT focuses on developing practical coping strategies to manage anxiety, depression, stress, panic, OCD, and other emotional difficulties.
EMDR is a trauma-focused therapy designed to help individuals process distressing memories and experiences. It is commonly used for trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, and overwhelming life experiences, helping reduce emotional distress connected to past events.
CAT explores how past experiences and relationship patterns may affect the way you think, feel, and relate to others today. This approach helps build self-awareness, understand recurring patterns, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting.
DBT combines cognitive and mindfulness-based techniques to help with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. It is particularly helpful for individuals who experience intense emotions, overwhelm, or difficulty managing reactions.
Family and marital therapy focuses on improving communication, understanding, and relationships between partners or family members. Sessions explore patterns of conflict, emotional connection, boundaries, and ways to strengthen healthier relationships within the family system.
Integrative therapy combines different therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs. This flexible approach may include techniques from CBT, relational therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based methods to support emotional wellbeing, personal growth, and coping strategies.
Relational therapy explores how past and present relationships shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. The aim is to build self-awareness, improve relationship patterns, and create healthier, more meaningful connections with yourself and others.
Interpersonal therapy focuses on how relationships and life experiences affect emotional wellbeing. It helps individuals improve communication, navigate relationship challenges, process grief or life transitions, and build healthier connections with others.
Trauma-focused therapy supports individuals in processing and healing from difficult or distressing experiences. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, and grounding techniques, therapy helps reduce the emotional impact of trauma while building safety, resilience, and emotional regulation.
