Welcome to Insight Therapy Space — a calm, supportive, and confidential environment where adults aged 16+ can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgement.

As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, qualified Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner, and EMDR-trained therapist, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, low mood, self-esteem and confidence difficulties, and relationship challenges.

I recognise that every person’s experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to understand their individual needs and tailor therapy accordingly. Drawing upon CBT, CAT, EMDR, and DBT-informed skills, I adapt my approach to provide the most appropriate support for your circumstances and therapeutic goals.

My work focuses on helping clients develop greater self-awareness, understand unhelpful relational and behavioural patterns, process difficult experiences, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, as well as those living with long-term health conditions, offering a compassionate, collaborative, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered
