Welcome to Insight Therapy Space — a calm, supportive, and confidential environment where adults aged 16+ can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

As a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist trained in CBT, EMDR, CAT, and DBT, I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, complex PTSD, low mood, self-esteem and confidence issues, and relationship difficulties.

I work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including BAME communities and those with long-term health conditions, offering a compassionate, collaborative, and tailored approach focused on self-understanding, resilience, healthier coping strategies, and lasting emotional wellbeing.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

DBT combines cognitive and mindfulness-based techniques to help with emotional regulation, distress tolerance, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships. It is particularly helpful for individuals who experience intense emotions, overwhelm, or difficulty managing reactions.

Trauma-Informed Therapy

Online Therapy Sessions
